Third fatality in a day raises the toll in Israel to 18

A woman of 90 died of coronavirus on Tuesday following two other women. One was the youngest victim so far: 49-year old Tamar Peretz, a widow, who was survived by 4-year old twins. Israel Tuesday counted 18 fatalities of the virus, after two cases had different causes and were incorrectly diagnosed. Altogether 39,670 people have tested positive for covid-19, 63 in serious condition.  The Health Ministry reported the arrival of a shipment of 27 new respirators for use in the coronavirus emergency hospital wards and eight million masks which are strongly recommended for general use.
