Third Palestinian knife attack thwarted Thursday
Three Palestinians, who set about soldiers guarding the Gush Etzion intersection with knives, were shot Thursday evening before they caused injuries. Two of the terrorists were killed, the third badly wounded. Further south in Hebron, a Palestinian threw away his knife when approached by soldiers outside the Beit Hadassah building. He was handed over for interrogation. And In Jerusalem, a 16-year old Palestinian youth was searched at a checkpoint outside the Sheafat camp and found with a knife concealed under his shirt. He quickly admitted under questioning that he planned to attack the Border Guardsmen at the post.
