Third Syria mortar shell on Golan in 12 hours

A third Syrian mortar shell exploded harmlessly on Golan Tuesday morning. The first two Monday night were treated by the Israeli military as strays from battles with rebels across the Syrian border. DEBKAfile:  Shells have fallen before in the same part of Golan but with less frequency.
