US Secretary of State John Kerry will arrive Wednesday morning in Cairo for talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. A State Department spokesman said Kerry would fly to the Egyptian capital following his meetings in Vienna regarding the Syrian peace talks, and after meeting al-Sisi would return to Europe to meet senior NATO officials in Brussels. The spokesman said Kerry and al-Sisi are to discuss "regional and international issues," but did not elaborate further.
