Truck bomb explodes at Turkish military base; at least 2 dead

At least two Turkish soldiers were killed and more than 50 were wounded early Tuesday morning when a truck bomb sent by the PKK Kurdish underground exploded next to a dormitory at a military base in eastern Turkey. The base is in the city of Hani, located north of the provinical capital Diyarbakir whose population is mostly Kurdish.
