Trump adviser Kushner, top US soldier visit Erbil to discuss ISIS war
Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, along with Jared Kushner, son-in-law and senior adviser of President Donald Trump, met Tuesday with Kurdish political and military leaders in Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan. The meetings, including ones with President Masoud Barzani and Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, dealt with the war on ISIS as well as steps to be taken following the terrorist organization's defeat. On Monday, Dunford and Kushner met Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to discuss the ISIS war.
