Trump to allow release of classified docs on 1963 Kennedy assassination

“Subject to the receipt of further information, I will be allowing, as President, the long blocked and classified JFK FILES to be opened,” Donald Trump tweeted Saturday.
October 26 is mandated by Congress for public release of still-secret documents – including FBI files – barring any action by the president to block the release of certain documents. There are some 3,100 previously unreleased files of never-before published matter, with another 30,000 pages that were disclosed after they were censored.
