In the NIV version the heading for the chapter is: Judgement on Jerusalem’s sins.
But what point did you want to make? Ezekiel’s prophecy was fulfilled with the Babylonian sacking of Jerusalem and the Temple. Do you want to say that this prophecy is a multiprophecy and is still valid for this time? If so, how do these verses stand in relation to the Ezekiel 38 and 39 that are very specific and that prophesy that Russia, Turkey, Iran, Libya and Sudan will attack Israel?
