Trump pulls his health care act when House Republicans fail to rally

US President Donald Trump pulled the bill to replace Obamacare with an improved Affordable Care Act after House Speaker Paul Ryan told him that not enough Republican members would vote for its passage to survive Democratic opposition. Trump advised letting Obamacare “explode” to bring the Democrats around to another attempt to push the bill through.
