Trump signs government funding and covid relief package

President Donald Trump on Sunday signed the $2,3 trillion government funding and coronavirus relief package to avert a government shutdown. He had previously refused to sign the bill maintaining that coronavirus relief measures should include direct payments of $2,000 per person, up from $600.
