Trump tweets congrats to Netanyahu

US President Donald Trump tweeted on Sunday: “Congratulations to Bibi @Netanyahu on becoming the longest serving PM in the history of Israel. Under your leadership, Israel has become a technology powerhouse and a world class economy….”

The prime minister announced earlier that Ron Dermer’s term as Israeli ambassador to the United States had been extended by at least a year. His six-year term was due to end in the coming September.
