Trump’s adviser Kushner makes secret trip to Riyadh

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner paid a secret trip to Saudi Arabia last week, his third, along with deputy national security adviser Dina Powell and Middle East envoy for international negotiations Jason Greenblatt. They returned to Washington Saturday.  Trump’s son-in-law has also been in frequent contact with officials from Israel, the Palestinian Authority, Egypt, the UAE and Jordan. Also last week, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin visited Riyadh. Sunday, he arrived in Israel to meet Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

    Trump’s cabinet members/advisers are always full of “secrets” and surprises. Was Kushner there to set up an anti-Israel contingency plan on behalf of the Trump administration, just in case Netanyahu decides to disagree with the US two-state peace deal?
