Turkey will not let a “terror belt” rise on its border

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Tuesday his government would not stand by for a “terror belt” being thrown up on his country’s southern border. He accused Russia, Syria, ISIS and the pro-US YPG Kurdish militia of setting up this belt in northern Syria, but did not say how Ankara proposed to stop this happening.
