Turkey’s PKK announces end of cease-fire with Ankara

Turkey's PKK underground movement announced Thursday the end of its unilateral cease-fire that it declared on Sunday ahead of the country's parliamentary elections. Even though the PKK declared a temporary cessation of hostilities, there were a number of incidents over the last few days in which PKK fighters and Turkish security forces exchanged fire.
