Turkish police arrest 20 ISIS terrorists in Izmir

Counterterror units of the Turkish police raided a number of buildings in the city of Izmir in western Turkey on Wednesday and arrested 20 citizens of North African and Central Asian countries who had arrived from the city of Konya. The arrests came after Turkish security forces received intelligence information that the terrorist who carried out the New Year's Eve attack on an Istanbul nightclub travelled from Konya, in central Turkey, to the scene of the crime.
