Turkish police thwart ISIS mega-attack, seize 24 suicide belts, TNT

Turkey's police announced Thursday at a press briefing that it had arrested four ISIS terrorists in the city of Gaziantep who were planning a series of simultaneous terrorist attacks in the country. The police displayed equipment seized from the terrorists including 24 suicide belts weighing a total of 150 kilograms; 14 kilograms of TNT; two Kalashnikov rifles; 19 cellular telephones that had been converted into timers; 21 mechanical timers; handguns; and a large amount of ammunition.
