Twin blasts kill 34 in Damascus

At least 34 people were killed and many injured by two car bomb explosions in the southeastern Damascus district of Jaramana Wednesday. The district is populated mainly by Druzes and Christians. The Syrian opposition coalition begins talks in Cairo for a transitional government.
