Two French Muslims held for plotting to avenge ISIS spokesman’s death

The French prosecution said Sunday that two French Muslim youths from Nice, aged 17 and 19, were detained for plotting an attack to avenge the death of senior ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad al-Adnani near Aleppo on July 30. The youths were in contact with ISIS operative Rachid Kassim, who operates from the Syrian-Iraqi border after orchestrating a number of terrorist attacks in France.
