Two Palestinians from Jerusalem charged with burgling Jericho monastery

Two Palestinian men from the village of Issawiyeh in Jerusalem were detained and charged with burgling the ancient Greek Orthodox Monastery of the Temptation built on a hill of that name overlooking Jericho. They got away with INS10.000 (app. $3,000) and valuable artifacts after tying up the head of the monastery.
