The New Right party of Defense Minister Naftali Bennett and former Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked will run on a joint ticket with the religious National Union party, led by Transport Minister Bezalel Smotrich, in the March 2nd election. The two factions reached an agreement Tuesday morning. The first three spots go to Bennett, Shaked and Smotrich. They called on a third national religious party, Jewish Home, to come in with them. However, its leader Education Minister Rafi Peretz has signed a deal for a joint ticket with the far-right Itamar-Gvir’s Otzma.
