Two Russian troops killed outside Deir ez-Zour

A convoy escorting Russian ceasefire monitors was shelled late Monday outside the town of Deir ez-Zour, and two Russian soldiers were killed, the Russian defense ministry reports. Syrian forces, with Russian air support, have driven ISIS forces out of the town after their three-year occupation.
