Two stabbing attacks on Sunday morning in Jerusalem
Two people were wounded on Sunday morning in separate stabbing attacks in Jerusalem.
In the first incident, a border policeman was stabbed and moderately wounded by a Palestinian terrorist in the Old City on Hagay Street near Damascus Gate. The terrorist was shot and killed. Afterwards, policemen found that the terrorist was carrying a concealed knife as well.
Later in the morning, a Nepalese woman was stabbed by a terrorist while she stood at a bus stop on Shamgar Street. The victim was moderately wounded. The terrorist escaped, but he was captured shortly afterwards at a nearby construction site.
