Two terrorists sought for Hawara attacks – captured
The pair were detained early Sunday in the Nablus Casbah on Sunday in a joint counter-terror operation by members of the Special Yamam, Givati Sayeret elite and 50th Brigade units, thereby shutting down a group that had terrorized neighbors of the Hawar village for months. Called to come out of their hideout, Iyad Tachruouti, 24, and Massab Mazhar, 21, surrendered without a shot. Their M16 rifle and ammo was confiscated. The two arrests followed a series of detentions that halted a wave of deadly attacks, that included the murders of the two brothers Hillel and Yigael Yaniv and David Stern.
