UK and Russia to resume efforts to resolve the Syrian crisis

President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister David Cameron agreed in their 30-minute phone conversation for their security advisers to meet to seek a solution to the civil war in Syria and particularly to stop the rise of ISIL. They agreed to continue dialogue with “moderate Syrian opposition” groups.
