UK commandos sent to Bahrain. London rejects quid pro quo with Iran

The British Defense Ministry has announced the deployment of a commando force to Bahrain to help reinforce oil tanker security in the Gulf. The type-45 air-defense destroyer HMS Duncan has arrived in the Gulf, the second British warship assigned with escorting British vessels through the Strait of Hormuz since Iran seized a UK-flagged tanker in the strait. UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab Sunday rejected the idea of a tanker exchange between the British tanker and the Iranian vessel impounded earlier this month by British marines in Gibraltar. There is no quid pro quo”, he said. “This is not about some kind of barter. This is about international law and the rules of the international legal system being upheld, and that is what we will insist on.”

It should be “quid pro quo”.

After years of the UK being constrained and forced to play nice under its EU membership, it appears that the world has forgotten the UK of Winston Churchill that stood up to years of bombardments by Nazi Germany. Looks like the sleeping lion has been awakened. Bad mistake, Iran!

Britain is trying to enforce the rule of law. Islamic countries like Iran are not governed by the rule of law but by the whims of their leaders. Is it any surprise that their citizens prefer to migrate to the West if they can. Islam is a failure by virtually every measure. What will it take to change that?

It would take only 30 days to destroy Iran. It’s not Muslims fighting Muslims, it’s Infidels fighting Muslims.

That deserves an “Amen”, . . . after LB Johnson led the US down the path of idiocy, . . . never thought I’d ever root for another politician named Johnson, . . . but this guy gets my vote. Iran needs to find a hedgerow to hide behind, . . . the Brits are coming their way.

About time someone tried looking at it in reality! How is it that the worlds “leaders” fall for the Iranians perpetual and obvious lies? Or is it just me again?
