Ukraine crisis talks to continue in Minsk Wednesday
Leaders of Germany, France, Russia, Ukraine and separatists are to hold a last-ditch summit on a peace deal for Ukraine in Minsk, Belarus, on Wednesday, Chancellor Angela Merkel’s spokesman Steffen Seibert announced Sunday. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, French President François Hollande and Ms. Merkel discussed a package of measures to achieve a “comprehensive resolution” of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, said the spokesman. Work on the package will continue in Berlin on Monday ahead of the Minsk summit.
