Ukraine helicopter crash kills interior minister and 3 children among 18 dead

A Ukraine helicopter crashed Wednesday near a nursery school in the town of Brovary outside Kyiv, killing interior minister Denys Monastyrsky, his second in command, 14 senior ministry officials and three children. Another 16 children were among the 29 people wounded in the disaster.  The cause of the crash was not immediately clear. The Israeli ambassador to Kyiv offered condolences to the Ukraine government.
