Ukraine: Rebels shot down helicopter killing 9 aboard

The Ukraine military accused pro-Russian rebels in the east of shooting down a Mi-8 military transport helicopter after take-off Tuesday outside Slaviansk. All nine people aboard died in the crash. The incident occurred the day after the rebels undertook to accept a ceasefire until Friday in response to a government peace plan.
