UN Sec Gen: ISIS plots fresh terror on western civilian
A new report published by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon states that the Islamic State is entering a new phase in its fight with the West and is planning a massive wave of terror attacks on Western civilian targets, world-wide. The report also shows that during the past six months, the organization, totaling 38,000 fighters in Syria and Iraq, is responsible for attacks on 11 countries and for over 500 civilians dead, in the US, Belgium, France, Egypt, Lebanon, Russia and more. The Security Council is to convene to discuss this report on June 8th.
