US airstrike in Syria kills three ISIS terrorists

The US helicopter raid in northwest Syria Sunday night is believed to have killed a senior ISIS leader and two other jihadists. One of them, said a US Centcom spokesman, “was responsible for planning terror attacks in the Middle East and Europe.” The raid came a week after a US helicopter operation in eastern Syria captured Hudayfah al Yemeni, an attack facilitator.
