US concerned by Russian Ukraine border buildup

NATO’s commander in Europe voiced alarm about the size and preparedness of the Russian buildup on the Ukrainian border. He was followed by Barack Obama’s dep national security adviser Tony Blinken who said President Vladimir Putin may be readying for further action. “It's likely that what they're trying to do is intimidate the Ukrainians. It's possible that they're preparing to move in,” he said.
