US-Israel Juniper Cobra military exercise called off over coronavirus
The joint US-Israel military exercise, which takes place every two years, was cancelled before its launch next week in line with ministry of health directives for containing the spread of coronavirus. Around 600 US servicemen were due to arrive for the exercise, most of them from US European Command in Germany. The drill was to have practiced the performance of air-defense systems against a simulated missile attack.
