The Pentagon Sunday named the US Marine killed by ISIS rocket in northern Iraq Saturday as Staff Sgt. Louis F. Cardin, of Temecula, Southern California, making him the first US combat casualty of ISIS attack in Iraq. He died of wounds suffered when his unit was hit by rocket fire. The incident is under investigation.
