US, Russian presidents tell spy chiefs to solve Snowden impasse

The Russian and US presidents Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama have ordered the FSB and FBI chiefs to find a solution for the Edward Snowden impasse, AFP reports. But Putin repeated that Moscow would never extradite Snowden. The former NSA contractor accused of leaking confidential data is still believed holed up in the transit area of Moscow international airport after his US passport was revoked.
