US: Russia’s plan for Syria is “doable but difficult”

Russia’s plan for dismantling Assad’s chemical arsenal was described by US officials Thursday as “doable but difficult” as the meeting in Geneva between US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the details of that plan started late.
