US sanctions Chinese firm for buying Iranian oil

Washington has imposed sanctions on the Chinese firm Zhuhar Zhentong for buying US sanctioned oil from Iran. The firm was previously listed in 2012 for supplying Iran with refined products but delisted in 2016 following the 2015 nuclear deal. Since then the Chinese firm has expanded its international operations.
