US says Iran most stop blocking Instagram and social media

US Undersecretary of State Steve Goldstein said Tuesday that Telegram and other platforms are legitimate avenues of communication and the Iranian government must stop blocking them. The US is encouraging Iranians to use virtual private networks, known as VPNS, which create encrypted links between computers and can access blocked websites. Goldstein said the US is still communicating with Iranians in Farsi through State Department accounts on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms and wants to “encourage the protesters to fight for what’s right. The US has an “obligation to sand by.” US ambassador Nikki Haley said that the US will call for an emergency session at the UN Security Council on Iran.

A little politically correct handwringing? PC sissy boy Obama could proudly pronounce “Islamic Republic of Eerahn” so precisely, but his policy was mush. No more.

Can you, please, fix the Hebrew version of this app? It has been playing around for the last fortnight now and makes it impossible to read. This applies to both the alerts and articles. The English version works alright but, I much prefer the Hebrew one. Thanks in advance.
