US, UK, France: No incomplete implementation
US Secretary of State John Kerry, French foreign minister Lauren Fabius and British foreign secretary William Hague said at a joint press conference in Paris Monday that no result but complete implementation of the US-Russian chemical deal for Syria will be accepted. Kerry said this is a first step toward ending the Syrian war and removing Bashar Assad.
