Vehicular attack fatality identified as IDF Sgt. Elchai Taharlev

Sgt. Elchai Taharlev from the IDF's Golani Brigade was killed in a car-ramming attack on Thursday morning at Ofra intersection, situated on the highway between Nablus and Jerusalem. Another Israeli sustained minor injuries. Witnesses said that the terrorist driving an Audi with Palestinian Authority license places drove through the intersection against the flow of traffic, made a U-turn and sped towards a bus stop where a group of Israelis were standing. He hit two of them and then his car overturned. The terrorist was removed from the vehicle and handed over to the security forces for an investigation. 
Sgt. Taharlev, who lived in the community of Talmon in Samaria, is to be buried Thursday evening at the Mount Herzl national cemetery in Jerusalem.
