Who controls our cell phones?

Sunday morning, millions of Israelis got up late for work, teachers arrived late at schools, pandemonium on the roads. A mysterious hand had overnight switched all built-in cell phone clocks back one hour to winter time. Is there some an unknown hacker lurking in digital space with more disruptive tricks up his sleeve? With cell phones increasingly ruling people’s lives, isn’t it time to time to find out who – or what – controls our cell phones.
