Woman shot in UK anti-terror police raid
A woman in her 20s has been shot by police and four people arrested in an anti-terror operation in Willesden, north-west London, and Kent, Scotland Yard said Friday. The woman was one of the five persons suspected of “the commission, preparation and instigation of terrorist acts.” She is in a serious but stable condition in hospital. The arrests came after a man was arrested at outside Parliament Thursday with a bagful of knives. Police said the two incidents were not connected.
