Young woman found brutally murdered in Jerusalem is identified

Orit Ansbacher, 19, from Tekoa, shared a Jerusalem apartment with friends while serving in the national service program (optional for military service). After being reported missing for some hours, her body was found in the Ein Yael forest near the Biblical Zoo, naked and brutally murdered with multiple wounds from extreme violence. She was laid to rest in Jerusalem on Friday. A large police detachment assigned to investigating the crime is exploring all avenues, criminal and terrorist. Several Palestinians detained for questioning have been released.
