This followed a new video by Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri calling on Muslims to form a global “jihad-based alliance” to counter the American-Russian “satanic alliance, “which should focus on striking the US, which he calls “the head of unbelief,” as a top priority.
