Zelensky agrees to start peace talks with Moscow

Following a phone call with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, President Vlododymyr Zelensky’s office said on Sunday that he had agreed to send a delegation to a meeting with the Russian delegation “without preconditions” on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River. The talks would the first to take place since Russia invaded Ukraine last Thursday.
