Four rockets fired from South Lebanon on Wednesday, May 19, aimed at the “Krayot” north of Haifa, Acre and Shefaram. Local residents reported several explosions. Iron Dome intercepted two of the incoming rockets and two others exploded on open ground. No casualties or damage were immediately reported. The source of the rocket appears to be Palestinian, possibly from the refugee camps near Tyre on the Mediterranean shore. The Hizballah mouthpiece Al Manar confirms the attack although Hizballah disowns responsibility.
The IDF has responded with artillery fire at the sources of the rocket fire.
