    Shoygu is from Tuva Turks in ethnic origin.You can talk with him in Turkish language.
    Putin has nearly decided to react to Turkey after shot down of Russian plane but Shoygu persuaded him not to.His foresight is powerful and you can easily call him medved in russian.
    I hope Israel will join to this eurasian alliance.
