Alleged female spy from Russia’s FSB said to be executed by ISIS
The official magazine of ISIS in the Russian language claimed Tuesday that Elvira Karaeva, an agent from Russia's FSB intelligence service who infiltrated the terrorist organization in the Caucasus region, was discovered, interrogated and executed by hanging. According to the report, she provided photographs, the locations of hideouts and organizational information on senior figures of the organization in the Caucasus to the Russian authorities for four years. The magazine also claimed that Karaeva was directly responsible for the deaths of four men and one woman.
