Alleged Israeli airstrikes hit targets in Syria
Airstrikes attributed to Israel on Tuesday night targeted sites in central and southern Syria from Lebanese air space, the Syrian news agency reports. Arab media reported that the targets were located in the Damascus and Homs areas. They were the first in a month. Syrian opposition sources add that violent explosions were felt in Damascus and around the city, followed by Israeli strikes on military positions of the Syrian army. Air strikes also took place in the south of Homs province and in the border zone between Homs and Tartus.”
On May 10, an Israeli helicopter is claimed to have targeted a house at Ain Eltinah in the Quneitra region, injuring a man.
