Assad’s elite forces hit by huge Damascus airport explosion

The explosion occurred Sunday night at Mezze military airport, an important base for Syrian elite forces in western of Damascus. A British-based monitoring group said a booby-trapped car had exploded at a road block near the airport killing or wounding 20 members of those forces.
