Australia under massive cyber attack

Australian PM Scott Morrison disclosed on Friday that his country is under far-reaching sophisticated attack by a “state-based actor.” Security experts said China, Russia and North Korea are the only countries that fit this definition but lean heavily towards China with which relations have soured of late. The prime minister told a press conference that the attack is targeting Australian organizations across a range of sectors, including all levels of government, industry, political organizations, education, health, essential service providers and operators of other critical infrastructure.
